ASEC Company For Mining - Ascom (ASCM.CA) Capital Decrease (Listing announcements)

The Listing Committee held on 24/04/2024 has approved to:
• List the capital decrease for ASEC Company For Mining - Ascom, from EGP 550 Million to EGP 500 Million.
Such capital decrease is through terminating 5 Million treasury stocks at a par value of EGP 10.00 per share.
Consequently, the company's issued capital shall be EGP 500 Million distributed over 50 Million shares at par value of EGP 10.00 per share.
• These amendments shall be added to EGX database effective 29/04/2024 trading session.
