With reference to the provisions of Articles 46 and 47 of the regulations and Article 64 of the executive regulations related to preparing and providing the EGX with the standalone and consolidated quarterly financial statements for the financial period ending on 31/03/2023, and in accordance with the resolution of the General Authority for Financial Supervision No. 96 of the year 2023, the Listing Committee held on 21/06/2023, decided to impose an EGP 5,000 penalty on the company.
Granting the company a period of 15 days from the end of the granted period for the decision of the Listing Committee held on 07/06/2023 to provide the EGX with the standalone and consolidated quarterly financial statements for the financial period ending on 31/03/2023 in light of the provisions of Article 64 of the executive regulations.
