With reference to the provisions of Article 46 and Article 47 of the listing rules in light of the provisions of Article 64 of the executive regulations related to preparing and providing the EGX with the standalone and consolidated quarterly financial statements for the financial period ended on 30/09/2022, The Listing Committee held on 30/11/2022 decided to:
• impose EGP 5000 penalty on the company for violating the provisions of Article 46.
• Granting the company a period of 15 days from the end of the granted period for the decision of the Listing Committee held on 22/11/2022 to provide the EGX with the standalone quarterly financial statements for the financial period ended on 30/09/2022, in light of the provisions of Article 64 of the executive regulations.
• Granting the company a period of 15 days from the end of the granted period for the decision of the Listing Committee held on 22/11/2022 to provide the EGX with the consolidated quarterly financial statements for the financial period ended on 30/09/2022, in light of the provisions of Article 64 of the Executive Regulations.
